The day started with a 4am wake up to climb at sunrise one of the largest sand dunes in the oldest desert in the world — simply astonishing. Then a 5k hike through the most beautiful terrain I’ve ever seen; finally, the night ended with a game of wine infused Heads Up so enthusiastic and hilarious that literally everyone in the Nanib Desert could hear us. A nearly perfect ending to one of my favorite countries.
