Bosnia and Herzegovina

There’s so much variation: from streets of the longest siege in modern history, Sarajevo, where so many buildings are still iconic wartorn ruins, to the tourist madness but so insanely pretty Mostar, and the unspoiled nature in the northwest; oh and Banja Luka, famous for having the most beautiful women of the Balkans, and I found out afterwards a 7:1 ratio of women to men, but I was too sick to even leave my room. I would like to go back and explore more, see deeper into Republika Srpska – the Serbian country within the country, retry Banja Luka knowing more about the demographics, and see much more of the hard to get to beauty of Una Park – next time though with a rental car friends.
