Rotting Comp Jet
Comp Air wanted to fly their prototype kit built jet from Florida to an airshow in Germany. They made it to Bowling Green, Kentucky before an engine failure forced them to land, where it was left to rot. The plane has not moved in years, and probably never will, which is probably a good thing, this thing is UGLY, no ice capability, and the workmanship is…interesting.
